If You Wouldn't Care Enough to Write It Yourself Why Would I Care Reading It

So I started creating a few journal entries with the help of ‘AI’. I began drafting a couple of sentences here and there using Typora coz I’m in love with it and scratched the pad with floating thoughts on my reMarkable with the aim of turning them into neat journal entries. Then I provided those to Claude and asked it to first learn my writing style from my past entries and then generate journal entries keeping my humor and authentic self. Didn’t like the outcome so I didn’t even publish them.
Don’t get me wrong; I use AI tools one way or another since the GPT-3 era and haven’t written a single line of code manually since at least July 2025. But I can’t stand reading AI slop; the entirely AI generated content. If you are using it to proof read or correct grammar mistakes; that’s fine but once I see those patterns in a paragraph, it just turns me off and I immediately lose interest.
So I am back to basics, writing all those journal entries all by myself and will publish them slow but steady for like 7 people on the internet, including my wife and perhaps one of my brothers.
